 Our Company History
HTA Enterprises Incorporated located in Louisville, Kentucky is a minority owned and operated business founded in April, 1986. Harold E. Valentine, President and Nancy Cole-Allen, Vice-president are the owner/operators. Our Company started out primarily doing QC testing, utilities and site development. HTA has been specializing in construction blasting since 1991. We began doing bridge, culvert and reinforced earth wall projects in July of 1997.
We have completed recently two projects for the Army Corp., of Engineers, (1). A Boat Mooring facility at McAlpine Lock Replacement project on the Ohio river. (2). Beargrass Phase II, we built 2 retention basins and a flood wall. We were the blasting sub-contractor on another portion of McAlpine Lock Replacement project. (The McAlpine Lock Replacement will be an on going project for several years with a number of contractors bidding various portions).
Our work experience includes site work, utilities, culverts, shoring up bank failure, and blasting projects to numerous to list. |
