About HTA Enterprises

HTA Enterprises Incorporated, located in Louisville, Kentucky, is a minority owned and operated business founded in April, 1986. Harold E. Valentine, President and Nancy Cole-Allen, Vice-president are the owner/operators. Our Company started out primarily doing QC testing, utilities and site development. HTA has been specializing in construction blasting since 1991. We began doing bridge, culvert and reinforced earth wall projects in July of 1997.

Our work experience includes site work, utilities, culverts, shoring up bank failure, and blasting projects to numerous too list.
