Harold Valentine  President

Hard is the President of HTA Enterprises and has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, with particular emphasis on quality control and material testing. This has given him a well-balanced background in site development. He has been involved in all phases of construction including heavy highway, drainage and paving projects with the Corps of Engineers in the Louisville District, Fort Knox District and Fort Cabell District in Kentucky and the Nashville District in Tennessee.
